What you bring to our team:

The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to guide the sales team effectively through the sales process, enhancing revenue from both new and existing customers while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on learning and growth, embraces the challenge of meeting aggressive targets, has B2B experience, and who has both the business qualifications to drive KPI’s, and the team-oriented instinct to lead a sales department to succeed on the strategic plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the Sales department's direction and strategy aligned with company objectives, meeting strategic milestones and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand sales accounts, while also supporting the team in achieving sales targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding and coaching the team to offer appropriate products at competitive prices, utilizing optimal resources, and generating margins that help the company grow profitably
  • Introduce 'Best In Class' solutions, and drive process enhancements that fulfill both customer and company requirements.


Measurable Accountabilities:

  • Strategic sales planning, revenue generation, pipeline value, reporting, sales team structure and planning, developing as an A (elite) sales team, continuous improvement, time management.

Position Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Business Degree preferred (MBA advantageous)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Manager experience
  • Formal Sales and Sales Management Training
  • Ability to set sales forecasts
  • Experience effectively managing a sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding aggregated revenue and profit quotas
  • Strong knowledge in KPI and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerBI
  • Values accountability, inclusion, integrity, and continuous learning
  • Possesses behavioural competencies, including intellectual, interpersonal, management, and leadership skills.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, revenue generation, and time management.


Salary $120-135K
