We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician/ Mechanic for the role of Operations Manager and Program Co-Ordinator for our automotive services company.
The ideal candidate will not only be a highly skilled Technician/Mechanic but also an entrepreneur, a teacher, and a manager.
The role includes developing our service programs, implementing them, training, and working with our service technicians to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.
You must:
- Automotive Technician license/certification
- Excellent communication skills
- An innovative, problem solving technician
- Possess great people skills
- Able to develop and document service programs
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to teach our programs to the front line techs
- Able to collaborate with other managers
Assets:
- University degree
- Business or teaching experience
- Bilingual (English/French)
