Qualifications:

  • Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Certification in BCLS and demonstrated ongoing competence through annual re-certification
  • Certification in IV therapy with demonstrated ongoing competence
  • Ability to function independently in the Medical/Surgical setting
  • Preference will be given to those with recent experience in acute medical/surgical nursing
  • Knowledge and experience with First Nations culture an asset
  • Reliable attendance record
