Architectural [Building Science] Specialist

Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for a full-time Architect to do sales, technical support for the sales team, and work with Architects, Developers and building owners to specify our solar products for tenders and bids. We welcome new graduates and newly experienced individuals from Architectural Engineering and building science programs.

Competencies:

- BArch, BA/BSc, MArch, MA/MSc in Architecture Engineering from a reputable university

- 0-3 years architectural experience

- Previous experience working with designers and architects is an asset

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding organization, planning and execution skills.

- Analytical and problem solving skills combined with creative mind

- Self-motivated with the desire to succeed while in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Present and build awareness of cladding and glass solutions based on Mitrex solar cladding and glass products to Architects, Developers, Building owners, and other key business influencers

Provide architectural and building science support to the sales team in order to facilitate sales

Seek out bids and tenders to specify Mitrex solar products as substitutions to existing cladding and glass products specified

Call on Specifiers to build awareness and specify Mitrex solar products
